Sometimes you just do not want to take calls unless a problem is urgent. Perhaps this is before 9am or after 5pm or maybe at weekends. Hoever you know that if an urgent issue comes up you want to be alerted.

Our intelligent call answering can be tuned to this very requirement. Simply let us tak your calls in the times that you would rather not be disturbed and let us know what types of cals you would consider and emergency

Urgent calls will then be either transferred to you or a message can be phoned through, texted or emailed for you to deal with. Any calls that are not considered urgent will have a message taken in the normal fashion for you to receive at times t suit you.
